If you need a music on hold player, we provide two styles depending on the package or program.

The USB style on-hold player is a simple, solid state unit that's easy to update with new audio productions by way of an .mp3 or .wav audio file that you download/receive via email.

The workhorse of the on-hold industry is still the auto-loading, cassette-based unit. And just so you know, the audio performance of both the USB style and the original cassette-based system far exceed the audio capabilities of your phone system and will provide years and years of trouble-free 24/7 service.

  • If you have phones from an Office Supply store that looks like these and you don't have a real phone system, it's more than likely you're going to need a MOH adapter. Music-On-Adapters were developed in response to the needs of small business.  Before MOH adapters, you needed a phone system with MOH (music-on-hold) capabilities. Not anymore. However, music-on-hold adapters are finicky in their behaviors, regardless of the manufacturer. But don't fear the adapter.  Because over the years, MOH adapters have become increasingly more compatibility with most all consumer corded and cordless telephones and come in 1, 2, and 4 line models.
