• About On-Hold Message Repeaters 

Today's audio message repeaters load audio into their digital memory in one of six ways... cassette, CD, USB removable drives, media smart cards, telephone line, or via direct internet download.  Be aware that the same unit installed on one phone system will sound better or worse when connected to another phone system because there are no audio standards for sound when it comes to phone systems.  Your best assurance of good sound is this...the higher the sampling rate, the better your recording will sound. We try to put all of our customers in higher sampling-rate units.

Music-On-Adapters were developed in response to the needs of small business.  Before MOH adapters, you had to own a phone system with MOH (music-on-hold) capabilities. Not anymore. However, music-on-hold adapters are finicky in their behaviors, regardless of the manufacturer. But don't fear the adapter.  Because over the years, MOH adapters have become more and more predictable in their compatibility with most all consumer corded and cordless telephones and come in 1 to 4 line models. If you do not have a dedicated phone system at your office, we'll do our best to help you make the right choice.
